about recall.
Why I Made It
recall. started as a fun way to help people practice memorizing things. I wanted something quick to open, easy to understand, and focused on the simple loop of seeing something, remembering it, and trying to get it back right.
Minimal on Purpose
I wanted to keep the site minimal so the game stays the main thing. No accounts, no heavy setup, no clutter. Just a clean space to practice memory for a few minutes whenever you want.
What You Can Play
You can practice with words, sentences, numbers, custom text, and tile-based memory games. Some modes are relaxed, and some are meant to push you a little harder.
How The Game Works
Most rounds follow the same pattern: choose a mode, study the prompt, let it hide, then type or select what you remember. Results show accuracy, order, speed, and missed items so the next round has a clear focus.
For Study, Focus, And Play
recall. is useful for quick breaks, vocabulary practice, typing warmups, and daily memory challenges. Custom text mode is especially helpful when you want to practice material from your own notes instead of a random prompt.
Honest Limits
recall. is a game and practice tool, not a medical test. Scores can help you compare rounds and notice patterns in attention, accuracy, or typing, but they should not be treated as a diagnosis.
The Goal
The goal is not to make memorization complicated. It is to make practicing recall feel simple, repeatable, and a little more fun.
